Web31 dec. 2024 · In this work, composite thin films based on Eu 3+ ions doped ZnO/Zn 2 SiO 4 was investigated, in order to illustrate the effect of ZnO nanocrystals on the growth of Zn 2 SiO 4 nanocrystals and emission properties of Eu 3+ ions by introducing silica with different molar ratio into thin films composite.
