YES. in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV directory (this is the default install) create a text file called "commandline.txt" (no quotes of course) edit it and add the command "-windowed" (no quotes) save the text file commandline.txt. launch the GTA4 game and presto it is forced to use window mode. WebI put mine in this folder: D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas My Steam folder is in a custom place (D:\Games\). Your Steam folder will be somewhere else but once you do find it use the folder structure above. That worked! Thank you so much :D
