Dealer tells me ALL priority codes are 99 and he cannot change them. Another dealer says he always submits orders with priority 10 and priority 99 tells to Ford not to schedule. Looking for 3rd (or more) opinion before I try changing dealers.

For example, having a lower priority code might get you built faster than another person that ordered from your dealer (all other variables being the same) but it won’t make a difference relative to someone who ordered from another dealer.

IIRC special orders are coded from 10-19. 99 means hold, do not build. So, it's good you ain't got that number. Me, and many others here are sitting on a 99.
