I was 5 days over due and put clary sage oil in my bath and rubbed on my belly also put a little on a tissue and put that under my pillow. I went into labour that night. Cant say if the clary sage oil worked or my body was ready at that point. I also drank raspberry leaf tea and took the capsules.
