I moved the included fans to the front and installed a 140mm NoiseBlocker BlackSilent in the back, and I'm keeping the top / side vents closed. Using both intake and exhaust case fans is like like using push / pull fans on coolers or radiators. 2x fans make about 3dB more noise than 1x fan at same speed.
